Made to Order Products

All the items you see in our shop are one-of-a-kind samples. When you place an order, we will lovingly create your chosen item especially for you.

Production Time

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to carefully craft your order. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Shipping Fee & Time

Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping on orders with a total value of $100 or more

A standard shipping fee of $8 will be added to orders that do not qualify for free shipping

Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it out to you. Shipping times will vary depending on your location (about 3 to 10 working days). You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

As each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in craftsmanship, or damaged during shipping. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
